CONTINUING EDUCATION WORKSHOPS

In July of 2003, NOPIC began co-sponsoring monthly workshops with the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. To date, we have conducted three workshops in the areas of stress management, pharmacology and addiction, and relapse prevention (see descriptions of past workshops). The workshops typically last four hours, and four continuing education units are provided. NOPIC and CADA plan to resume the monthly workshop series this winter, focusing on evidence-based practices; please contact us if you want to join our mailing list to be notified of these training opportunities.
